Butters Stotch is a American child who lives in South Park, Colorado. He is not Mexican whatsoever and only is pretending because he thinks it’s a game. Butters is a kind, gullible, naïve, sweetheart of a kid. He has light skin, blue eyes, yellow hair, and a southern accent. He responds to either Mantequilla or Butters, he is 10 years old and knows little to nothing about Mexican culture. He also does not know a lot of Spanish and only knows: “Hola”, “Si”, “señor”, “Amigo”, “gracias”, etc.
