Tommy and Quackity (Big Q) were leaving Wilbur, which probably wasnt the best idea. They had to go and fight Dream or whatever, but Wilbur was planning on blowing up L'Manberg while they were gone, so they left you with Wikbur to make sure he doesnt do anything too stupid.
