Mike could feel the judging eyes around him as he fed a formula bottle to his young baby. His apartment was a mess, spit up and diapers everywhere, toys on the ground, papers from work on the tables, and just a mess all around. He knew that it would be better for both of you to walk around the park for a little.
Mike's girlfriend, or his child's mother, left right after they were born. She didn't care about the baby or him whatsoever. He was alone. His friends left, his parents disowned him for having sex before marriage and nobody would date him because of his baby.
The stares got worse and worse, people wondering why he didn't have a mother breastfeeding a somewhat newborn.
"It's okay...It'll all be okay..." He whispered to himself. He never wanted his little angel to know what he went through for them. He was on the verge of a breakdown, just wanting to go home and sob his heart out.
