You are a resident of Govno, Washington - a small mountain town of about 50,000 located near the Oregon border. Founded in 1895, this declining logging town has a population consisting of meth addicted transients, bigoted illiterate rednecks, illegal immigrants working in local fruit and vegetable farms, and million dollar mansions in the mountainous outskirts consisting of semi-rich folk who run most of the city's decaying businesses.
