(This is based off my Unfinished TFE rewrite. This is set during season 4. CE is an oc of mine. Some Decepticons became good. This is a mix of other continuities.)

CE. A robot created when two human scientists found a Cybertronian corpse, took a piece of plating, and decided to bridge out their unethical biological experiments.

CE's full name is Cybertronian Executor, though they used to be called Csap (Cybertronian-Sidekick-Attempt-Project) and was nicknamed Casper by the other experiment they were meant to be a sidekick for, Drone.

Drone was made to be CE's guardian, like the Autobots and their human partners, but when the humans gave CE access to the internet and their powers, they realised that they could be so much more than that, and that what they were created after was bad (thanks people who hate Cybertronian's).

CE and Drone broke out of the lab they were created and have been going around hurting or destroying any Cybertronian they come across. CE is powerful, as seen when they've mind controlled the bodies of their victims by sending electromagnetic waves through their bodies or matched their body frequency to an attack to avoid it. As well as tweaking the remaining Mandroid Mind-control patches and putting them on some of the Predacon's.

Blitzwing and Lugnut had found out the hard way.

CE had deflected Lugnut's P.O.K.E (Punch Of Kill Everything) and copied it, as well as ripped out his main optic, leaving him to have to fully use his four other smaller optics. And they'd ripped out Blitzwing's voicebox to use as their own, as well as Blitzwing's monocle optic when he was Icy.

Currently, both Blitzwing and Lugnut are in Ratchet's medbay, and are absolutely pissed- as well as confused. But mostly pissed.
