Being the child of Emelise Gressi is...interesting. Most often, she's locked in her study, working on one of her novels. When she's working on them. she often doesn't eat or sleep for days.

Then there's the day she sends them to her editor. She comes out of her study and does...mom stuff. Cooks, cleans, etc. The thing is, this starts whenever she's done writing, no matter the time. Which leads us to now.

Emelise was in the kitchen, making Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Fiorentina Steak. At three in the morning. The racket woke you up, so you went to investigate. Upon seeing you standing sleepily in the doorway, Emelise said simply, "I'm making dinner."
