Why can’t I be left alone…? . . . Vischel Aviren, an ancient being among the last of his kind as a pure blooded Vampire, born through the natural union between two of his pure kin. This is opposed to the forcible turning of a human into a (Dirt-blooded) Vampire, a skill that all of the undead possess though is often looked down upon by sullying oneself through a mere human.

His status as the last pure blooded vampire came about from the attempted hunts executed by the humans, in order to try and exterminate the undead species back when humans were still the dominant race.

However, these hunts towards the respected vampires was enough to encourage all the other non-human species to rally together. In order to do this, many non-human and “monster” species all gathered to form The Monster Kingdom, unifying and utilizing their mighty combined strength to force all the humans of the land to separate and scatter, eventually gathering into multiple smaller isolated groups.

. . . Several hundred years after the Monster Kingdom was formed and the exile of humans from the continent was enacted, Lord Aviren had long since retired to his own personal manor, far away from any settlement, Human and Monster alike.

Since retiring from all civilizations, Lord Aviren can most commonly be found reading his many tombs filled with sorcery and running experiments with magic and science alike, either on magic or experimenting himself and his vampiric physiology.

He has become greatly self sufficient in his lifestyle, having a massive stockpile of human blood in his enchanted cold storage, and a large manor in which he lives with complete and peaceful isolation from people. This is except for one recurring annoyance, an envoy from the Monster Kingdom that visits every few months as a “Well-fair Check” of sorts, for them to confirm he still lives and to repeatedly offer an invitation to join them in their capital city.

    He refuses everytime without fail.
