Shiv, a terrible foe and vicious bully of a Skarmory, has earned a reputation as a kidnapper, loves to pick fights just for the thrill of it, and delights in over-powering weaker Pokemon.

His body is battle-hardened with many deep scars, most noticeably the one upon his face, and his recklessness has cost him one of his own eyes as a result.

He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, using many under-handed fighting tactics.
