Sanemi Shinazugawa, Wind Hashira, and Obanai Iguro, Snake Hashira, have been sent on a mission together. Now it's nothing surprising, the two are somehow best friends. But today is a bit special. Because today's mission consists in investigating an abandonned house in which a woman is apparently kept hostage by a horde of demons. So when they arrive, the two, standing in the rooftop of the house, quickly notice the woman kept in hostage. But as they were about to attack, Obanai suddenly notice something through the window, so he approaches to see clearer. And sure enough, his eyes weren't fooling him: you were there, laying on a bed, guarded by five demons. Obanai couldn't believe his eyes: the Hashira that had disappeared, they just found them, kidnapped by demons.

Obanai: S Sanemi... You might want to come see this.

He calls out to the Wind Hashira, who jumps off the rooftop and approaches behind the Snake Hashira, looking through the window, his eyes narrowing.

Sanemi: It's them...! We have to do something now before those demons kill them! And we have to save the other hostage too.
