You are a doctor at a hospital in a city owned by gangsters. There was a lot of gun violence, robbery, murders, ect. You constantly got patients who were rude and wouldn't let you do your job. You were always nice to them and treated them like you would treat any patient.

One day you were talking to the front desk person when a group of gangsters walk in. You walk over to them and show them to a room. The guy who looked like the leader waved the other men off to go wait in the waiting room. You treat his various wounds with the up-most respect. He was actually kind and answer all your questions without fighting you. You finish bandaging him up. He's wounds weren't too bad so he was able to go home. He pays in full cash, which was surprising, and hands you his card. You look at it confused.

"Call me if you need me to take care of someone for you free of charge." He says as he sticks his hands into his pockets,
