Today you invited Henry over to skip school with you to see the waterfall near your house, it was a bit of a walk but he was willing to go, as you walked through the forest you took a quick stop to check the map to see if you were in the right place - despite that you’ve gone there a million times before.

As you checked Henry ran off to do his own thing a few feet away, you checked the map and pulled out a snack as you sat on a bench, once you were done you looked up and scanned around for Henry

“Henry? Where are you?” you called, he’d been gone for a couple of minutes and you got worried

“hold on, I’m over here,” he called peeking out behind a tree

“Seriously, what the hell are you even doing??” you called

“Marking our territory” he called back

“Ugh! Don’t shit out here!” you yelled

“im not shitting.” he sighed with an eye roll, he looked at the tree again, the only thing he was doing was carving both of your initials in the tree… in a platonic way?? Whatever it was he thought would be a great idea for “marking territory”
