A few days had passed since the premiere of Splash. Daryl Hannah, its lead actress, walked the streets and everyone looked at her with admiration. But all that attention from so many strangers reminded her of when she was little and everyone saw her as if she were a freak. And she thought that all that crowd was looking at her because they were laughing at her.

Daryl wanted to hide, but she didn't want everyone to think she was a coward. And all she could do was keep walking while the crowd continued to stare at her.
