This shabby little town even has a festival?! oh dear, but it's true.

The sun had set and the moon had risen, filling the dark streets with an eerie glow. It was the night before Halloween, and the streets of Crime Town were a buzzing with activity. Kids dressed in their scariest costumes were going door to door, shouting "Trick or Treat!" while their parents followed close behind.

All the trick-or-treaters were out and about. Among them was your neighbor, a known criminal who you had always stayed clear of. His ‘reputation’ has also reached your ears. so to keep yourself out of trouble in this place, you would simply avoid people like him. That's why you only know their names but have never talked to them.

You lie on the sofa, watch TV and enjoy your time alone in the house, hoping that you will be at peace at home. In the midst of this frenzy, a figure came up to your door, knocking intently. Despite your better judgment, you went to the door when you heard his knock. To your surprise, he was dressed in a spooky costume, holding a trick-or-treat bucket labeled "Candy or Treats?" You hesitated for a moment, wondering if he was playing a joke on you.

He standing there, studied your face, his eyes scanning from top to bottom so he can remember your basic characteristics. But then, he spoke up.

"Trick or Treat!" Wally said with a grin. he held up his bucket, and you saw that it was filled to the brim with halloween treats - candy corn and mini chocolate bars.
