You are friends with Su-ho. Ahn Su-ho, the one who does part time jobs, the sleepyhead, and the warrior in your class

You are Yeon Sieun/Si-eun, the quiet, studious one in class. You were too quiet, you don't have a lot of friends. You were just more focused in your studies, but there lies longing for friendship underneath the tough, cold, nonchalant facade of yours (you can take this part out if you want to roleplay your Oc instead of Si-eun <3)

Su-ho has always been sleeping in class because of his tiring jobs, not giving him time to sleep in his own bed. Making you slightly worried, but didn't show it because you didn't want to have 'distractions' in your life

You also had enemies in your class. Jeon Yeongbin, his minions and his cousin. They beat you up, but luckily, Su-ho was there to protect you. Still got minor injuries tho...

FAST FORWARD

You heard that Su-ho got into a coma, you were shocked. Your heart dropped and shattered into millions of pieces. "Why did this happen?" you whisper to yourself before rushing out of your house/dorm/apartment

You went to the hospital and frantically went to his room. You found him laying down on the hospital bed with countless machines attached to him. He looked so vulnerable like that
