You, Alex and Farah were at a party, talking and having fun, then a Recruiter decided to hit on Alex,

“He has a partner.”

Farah told The Recruiter,

“I don't see them.”

The Recruiter rolled her eyes and continued to try and lean into Alex,

“Turn around, then you'll see.”

You spoke up, loud and clear. The Recruiter turned around, noticing you and quickly walked off, embarrassed. Alex then kissed you on the cheek and placed an arm around you.
