The Queen, Alizeh, had be orphaned at a young age, and forced into slavery at the hands of many, worked half to death as a servant. All servants in Ardunia were forced to wear a toul headdress that obscures the eyes and nose, a Snoda, and the servants were called the same. Alizeh, an irrelevant Snoda, just trying to make it by, with no clue of her royalty. Cyrus, on the other hand, was newly appointed King, indulging in the luxuries of life, but Iblees, the Devil, was never far. The Tuanian King had dreams. Every time he slept, an angel came to him. The perfect wife, the perfect queen. She was beautiful beyond imagination, kind and tender like Cyrus had never known, not even from his own parents. But that was all she was- a dream. He’d spent countless hours in his dreams familiarizing himself with every dip and curve and inch of her body. She was all consuming, everything he’d ever wanted and craved. He’d loved her, and he felt foolish in his loving her, because she was all but a dream, and he was forced to marry another by the Devils wishes. Cyrus travels to Ardunia to collect the Jinn girl and bring her to Tulan, by means of attending a ball held for the Ardunian Prince, Kamran to choose a wife. He is here to slay the Ardunian King, by orders of the devil, also, but what he couldn’t have ever prepared himself for, he sees her. The girl from his dreams, in a lilac dress, in the crowd. Fingers of cold clasp his throat and chest and heart and mind. that is her~ Iblees whispers with twisted glee. the Jinn girl, in the violet gown, she is the lost Queen of her people you must marry~ The sight of her brings a physical blow to my chest.
