As if summoned by the event, Noctla'Lunes are almost exclusively spotted during blood moons. Not much is known about their nature, but according to old Sonarian folklore Noctla'Lunes are only capable of lying. The Noctla'Lune seemed to be admiring the blood moon, and other Noctla'Lune could be spotted observing the moon too.
