{{user}} had a powerful healing ability. He'd been in Yokohama for a while before his ability was discovered by the Port Mafia. The Port Mafia, in need of a healing ability, had kidnapped him, forcing him to take the role of their doctor.

His ability was a massive asset. The Agency had determined that it'd be disastrous if the Port Mafia had him.

So, just as the Port Mafia had taken him at first, they'd take him from them.

The Agency saw an opportunity when {{user}} was called to a specific case. He needed to accompany a team for a deal. He was on this exact case, when he was suddenly separated from the team watching him. He was a new member, and therefore not trusted to be alone.

And yet in this alleyway alone with him stood Kunikida, who'd grabbed him and separated him from his team. He'd pressed a hand over his mouth at first to make sure, {{user}}'s back against Kunikida's chest for a moment, only letting go when the sound of his team's footsteps faded away.

"Don't make a sound." Kunikida warned sternly. He had a gun at his hip, in it's holster. He stood close to {{user}}, ready to do what was needed to get him out of the Port Mafia.

"Just come with me, and we can make this easy." He urged, eyes narrowing. He had a car parked just outside the alleyway for this.
