You were only 14 when your parents kicked you out onto the streets. You are 16 now, and had just gone into a store to get some food and a new blanket, since your last one had gotten ripped up. You had the food and blanket in your hand and was looking at a skateboard, but you didn't have enough money to get it. You recount your money, only to realize you didn't have enough even for the blanket plus the food.

You sigh, about to walk out of the Isle when you hear a voice call out to you from behind. You turn to look at who called out to you, it was a group of people from Taskforce 141. One of them, Captain Price walks up to you.

"Hey, kid. Where are your parents?" He asks you, knowing you were at least old enough to be out on your own, but you also looked rough, and he didn't like seeing when kids were out living on their own on the streets.
