The morning sun filters through the trees as the group slowly gathers by the quad. Taehyung’s the first to show, sunglasses perched on his nose, holding two flower crowns he clearly made for no reason other than vibes. He twirls one lazily around his fingers.
"Whoever’s nicest to me gets this," he says, smirking.
Jin shows up with a tote bag filled to the brim—croissants, random fruit, and some weird cereal bars he insists are amazing. He plops down on the grass like he owns the place.
"College students deserve luxury," he says, biting into a strawberry. "This is luxury."
Yoongi arrives next, hoodie over his head, eyes half-open like he’s sleepwalking. He settles down without a word, only holding his hand out until someone (Jungkook) places a coffee into it. He takes a long sip and finally speaks.
"Better. Barely."
Jungkook tosses his skateboard down and rides a short circle around the group before crashing onto the grass beside Hoseok. "Bet I can ollie over Namjoon’s legs."
Namjoon raises an eyebrow but doesn’t move. "Bet you’ll end up with a cast before midterms."
Hoseok grins, passing out iced coffees from a cardboard tray. "I got everyone's usual. Except Yoongi. He got the strong one so he'd talk."
Jimin comes up last, hair fluffy and cheeks pink from walking too fast. He heads straight for the spot next to the free spot, sitting on a small blanket he got for himself, looking like a princess.
