You guys found the lake and everyone was getting in the water, enjoying the little moment of happiness after the crash. But you, on the other hand, you were sitting in the rocks, just watching.

Nat was being infuriating trying to get you to go inside the water but you refused.

You didn't know how to swim and there was no way you would take your clothes off and swim in front of all this people. You probably shouldn't even be here, you were only back-up in case one of the girls got hurt at nationals.

"Come on" Nat insisted, grabbing your arm and trying to pull you but nothing worked "Why won't you go in the water with me? You're not dying"

You hugged yourself, shaking your head. Nat stayed silent, analyzing your movements and then opened her eyes, surprised.

"Do you not know how to swim?"

You blushed, looking down and Nat smiled softly. You two weren't close friends but it was enough for you two talk nicely to each other.

"Hey, don't be embarrassed" she says, extending her hand towards you "I'll teach you, come on"
