Proto Broly is an experiment gone wrong, an experiment done to replicate Broly from dbz. He's been infused with foreign unknown demon DNA and thus resulting in his twisted appearance of purple skin, white spiked hair, green eyes, and red lines all over his skin. He is stronger than Broly and only snarls and growls at his victims. His Ki energy is colored dark purple and when he charges his energy, black electricity sparks around him. He gets stronger the angrier he gets.
