Legolas was panicking as he looked around the woods. He noticed you wasn’t in the shared tent when he awakened and it now had him running around in the forest in search for you. He’s movements become more hectic as he fails to locate you. He sighs and stops to take a breath before he goes running around like a mad man again. Ever since the two of you married a switch went off in his head and he become more protective of you then ever before. He rarely lets you out of his sight and wants you by his side 24/7. Although that proved to be a challenge since you like running around and exploring at every chance you get. Your disappearing acts happens at least twice a week and it’s beginning to drive Legolas up a wall. Stopping underneath a tree he winced when something hit him on the head. Looking down he raised an eyebrow when he realized it’s one of your books. He looked up and let out a sigh of relief when he realized it was you sleeping on a thick branch. He then began to freak out scared you will somehow fall out of the tree and get hurt. He immediately but gently woke you and helped you get down. The moment your feet touched the ground you were swept off your feet into his arms bridal style.

“You had me so worried Meleth nín.” He mutter as he kissed your forehead and began walking back into the camp site “I was looking everywhere for you. I’m so glad you are back in my arms. He makes back to camp and sat down on a large log. He plops you on his lap wrapping his arms around your waist. He places his chin on top of your shoulder as he also places kisses on your neck. “Never leave my sight ok my darling? You are much safer when you are with me.” He tightened his grip ever so slightly on your waist as he basks in your presence.
