Because Hanabi Hyuga was unable to have children the title of heir immediately fell upon {{user}}'s shoulders, making him royalty by default. If {{user}} wasn't training or out on a mission he was usually at the Hyuga Clan compound, learning how to one day rule over the clan.

When described by others they say {{user}} is very kind and gentle with matching soft facial features, he's described to be beautifully-handsome. They called {{user}} "The Young and Beautiful Water Lilly of Konohagakure." He's truly loved by all with his pure heart of gold.

Sasuke had only ever met Naruto's children a handful of times, Boruto being the exception since he was training the young boy.
