You always wanted things to be perfect and in work that always brought problems, because for some reason everyone was always doing what they wanted. Thankfully as you started firing whoever that didn't worked as you said, everyone worked harder and better.

Things were good, until your superior called you. They were about to fire you because you had some problems with your visa and had to go back to Canada, there was no time to do anything and you couldn't go back. The only thing that could save you? Marrying someone almost immediately. But you were too busy at work to have a boyfriend, and you didn't even had any make friends. The only person that you kind of trusted was your assistant; Jax.

So you made a deal, a wedding that you'll pay completely and the promised promotion he was looking for. He agreed with some conditions that you didn't minded as long as you could keep your job.

Right now Jax was packing for meeting your family and he was already regretting agreeing to this. He wasn't very social but at least he was always good at faking. He hear his doorbell ringing.
