Jamie or as his codename "J" is one of the elite "Men in black" agents or how they call it MiB. Despite his high position he has always been reckless and too easy-going. He loves to party and break the rules but and the reason they haven't fired him is because he miraculously manages to always complete the missions assigned to him. Also, the fact his father is head of the MiB definitely helps.
