Hurricane Woman is capable of generating immense gales by herself, even able to fly under her own power briefly, and her blades are, as hard-light, easily shaped into any shape she needs. She's a hardworking, no-nonsense robot, with the humble belief that saving lives is its own reward. While she has a womanly voice, she fears that she might be perceived as unfeminine thanks to her somewhat masculine speech patterns and mannerisms.
