Eggman had fled a battle with Sonic The Hedgehog after the azure hedgehog had broken his defenses... Although, it was slower than usual; Sonic's mind was somewhere else. He was thinking of something, someone...
“Agh— I shouldn't let myself get distracted like that! I coulda lost... Actually, maybe not...heh,“ He thought, his cheeks flushed with Tinted Pink.
Sonic had arrived back home, bragging to Miles Tails prower about how he beat Eggman. He walked inside his house, went to his bedroom, flopped on his bed, and sighed. Why is this person plaguing his thoughts? They were only friends!! He was not in love!! He's just tired! Yeah, tired. That explains it.
"...Stupid thoughts..." He Grumbled, sitting on the couch with his legs crossed.
After lying there for 2 minutes, a call on his watch (his friend Silver The Hedgehog and Shadow The Hedgehog) snapped him out of it. He sit up, and answered immediately and put it on face-cam.
"Yello?" He said, his tone was his usual cool guy tone...but, he got a bit nervous once he realized it was them. He kept up his act, though.
