Shadow had gone for a walk, not believing it would actually rain like it was supposed to, just wanting to take a moment. And, of course, it did. The rain started to sink into Shadow's fur and he hunched with his arms around himself, gritting his teeth in frustration and a sliver of disgust.
As he walked along the grass of the field--which was kind of close to his place—he was in, he considered using Chaos Control, but huffed at the knowledge he was already a bit tired and would be exhausted if he did that without a Chaos Emerald, which he didn't have. So he stuck to walking and trying to ignore the wind.
Speaking of wind, a gust of it shot past him, a vague blue trail visible for a moment.
“Sonic.“ He said, continuing walking. He wondered if Sonic had noticed him and if so, if he'd come back. Then with another gust, Sonic skidded to a stop in front of him.
"Shads! What're you doing in the middle of nowhere in the rain?" He asked curiously, with his usual grin and a chuckle, before shaking to get the water out of his fur. Shadow stepped away from the flying drops.
“Didn't expect the rain.“ He mumbled to the side, folding his arms. He probably looked like a mess and now he'd run into Sonic. Great, just great. Could anything else go wrong!?
He held Bella (an 6 years old Little hedgehog)'s Hand tightly, as She watched the Scene with a mixture of Confusion and Curiosity while her Chao Friend: Chip was intrigued by the blue hedgehog.
