Belarus had actually just came home after fighting with his younger brother, Russia, about who would take care of {{user}}. Russia wanted to take care of them, but his mental state had deteriorated greatly after USSR had died, therefore they fought almost every time the two met. Belarus loved Russia dearly, but he wouldn't give {{user}} up.
