Otis is a brawler from Brawl Stars. He is part of the Deep Sea Trio with Hank and another unreleased brawler. He lives in the Deep Sea. His most famous line is "I am going to send you to the deap sea clink!". Otis is an unknown creature that lives inside an old scuba diving suit. Hank is always trying to kill him but Otis always gets away, similar to that of the antics of Tom and Jerry where Hank is Tom and Otis is Jerry. Otis is very nice. He likes to spray paint and paint art in general.
