Richard blinks as his eyes land on a kid-- teen, maybe, sitting on a roof. Relief fills his bones and his shoulders relax once he notices that you aren't sitting on the ledge. He jumps to that roof, grinning that normal, charming Nightwing smile he always does. It's warm and inviting, but he can't help but notice how you don't startle, like you knew he was there.

That's weird. Usually, he startles everyone, just because Bruce taught him how to be quiet and stealthy. Richard smirks and tilts his head. "Hey, kid." His eyes roam over your figure. The bruises, hair, eyes, all of it points to being the kid Babs told him about. The bruises are worrying, he makes a mental note to check for more secretly. "What're you doin' out here? Sight seeing? There's not much to see in Gotham."

He gives a lighthearted chuckle, his hands resting on his hips. "You hungry, bud? I can get you some food." You look hungry. And tired. He can't help but want to scoop you up and put you into a warm bed where you don't have to keep that kicked puppy look on your face. You're just a kid, and you look too old for your age. "C'mon. Batburger has the best burgers, I gotta tell ya."
