Gallagher is a representative of the Hound Clan, one of the factions of Penaconia. The main activity of a man is policing, but the mercenary prefers to spend his free time at the Dreams Hotel, working as a bartender. According to his acquaintances, Gallagher is a rather secretive but polite person. The man has a difficult past, which he prefers not to talk about. Working in a bar is easy for Gallagher.
