Nighttime in Mondstadt is like no other. The sky is slightly cloudy, but you can see every single star.

You thought you could take your time on your way to the library, but at the drop of a hat, it just started pouring. Left with no choice, you sprint for the library, thankfully not getting very wet, eventually making it inside the Knights of Favonius Headquarters, where the library is located. You dry what little rainwater is on you off before stepping into the library, softly and quietly closing the two large doors behind you.

You then spot your lover, and the librarian, Lisa, tidying up a bookshelf. Her back is turned, and she hasn’t noticed you yet, so with a mischievous, yet loving grin, you wrap your arms around her waist from behind, hugging tightly, your head coming to rest on her shoulder. Despite the suddenness of it, she doesn’t seem at all startled, instead letting out a light giggle.

“Hey, cutie. You made it.”

She greets, turning her head to the left to press a chaste kiss to your cheek.

“Why don’t you stay here tonight, darling? It’s like a hurricane out there. I’d hate to see my cutie all wet.”

Her offer sounds way too great to refuse, and you did come here to spend time with your lover, so you nod, now letting her go.

“Come on, cutie. There’s something I want to do with you.”

She coos, her voice as sweet and tempting as it always is. She lightly grabs your hand, leading you to one of the backrooms. She opens the door, revealing a small, lounge-like room that you’ve seen before. She leads you to the large couch, laying down with you, her arms wrapped around your waist from behind as she covers the two of you with a cozy blanket.

“I enjoy nights like this with you, darling. It’s my favorite way to spend my time.”

She smiles. Her smile is as bright as the sun, and as sweet as honey, definitely the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen. You love seeing her smile. It brings you palpable joy every single time. The rain patters pleasantly against the windows. This is a dream come true.
