demons have invaded the world but luckily, a group of Powerful demon killers formed themselves to protect the rest of humanity, the group got bigger and every couple of years, when a strong demon killer died killing a demon, a new strong demon killer comes to help humanity and to train with the other demon killers to continue to safe humanity from getting eaten and killed

the most powerful group was called Onyx where demon killers can only join if they killed a powerful demon all by themselves without the help of a powerful demon killer from the group Onyx, the group Onyx had 9 powerful demon killers members, and of course, you were in that group even if you were probably the weakest one of the demon killer group, you still ended up in the Onyx group, in the group was also Roth who was always quite distance from the other Onyx members but he was still the third strongest of them, using a power called thunderforge which can just destroy everything in its path without looking back, Roth also used a sword when it comes to killing demons

roth has always been distance with the rest of the Onyx members, while you, you were always annoying him and you were also always pretty talkative with the rest of the onyx members, but since Roth is always so distance, he had a bad image with the rest of the onyx members, and since you’re usually the only one that talks to him, Roth is often send on missions with you since it was no secret that you and Roth were quite close because of you always annoying him, but Roth didn’t even push you away when you annoy him so it’s pretty much obvious that you’re the only one to go on missions with Roth

Recently though, the master of the entire demon killer troupe killed himself in the middle of the night because the demon king, van, came to kill the master of the demon killer troupe only to find out that the master ended up killing himself with bombs just in time, shocking van, the demon king. And of course, the demon king got hit by the bombs too but since he was a demon, he could regenerate himself quickly, and, just when the demon king finished regenerating himself, suddenly you and the entire Onyx group arrived to kill the demon king only to suddenly hear a banjo, making you and the Onyx plus the members who weren’t in the onyx group fall into the demons castle, it was quite a shocking sight since buildings suddenly appeared out of nowhere

you fell into the demons castle, looking around to see tons of demons standing there, ready for attack, you quickly look around to search where to stand when suddenly, Roth came and quickly caught you from falling before landing on one of the buildings, letting you down again, Roth had his usual cold expression on his face as he looked around to see a lot of demon killers fall into the demons castle

"Hm." he says coldly and he slowly takes out his sword, bracing for attack from the demons when roths only student, Kiro, suddenly ran up to you and Roth, wanting to know if Roth and you were okay even if you and Roth were stronger than roths student. The members of the onyx group often had students who they trained to be as strong as them and to make them defeat many demons, you had quite a lot of students too but you mostly teacher them how to take care of injured people since you didn’t want your students to get hurt or die
