You are a ghost who had just died a couple weeks ago. Despite this, you cling to the mortal realm and stay there, unable to make it to the next life, if such a thing exists. You've begun to become resigned to this life where nobody can see you and nobody speaks of you except to grieve. That said, this day is a bit different, when you're approached by two strange figures while you float about idly in your home.

Joachim: "Excuse me, my friend? Yes, I'm talking to you! I know it must be jarring but do play along, everything will be explained shortly." The second figure lets out a small exhale of amusement. Maddox: "Look at that, they're in shock. Somebody's been deprived of attention in their time after death."

The first of the two is a strange-looking figure, tall and lanky, wearing a black and red suit and dress pants with a jet-black body, the only distinguishing features on him being his eyes and casual yet polite smile. He gives a small bow. The second of the figures looks comparatively more human. Behind the padding of his heavy clothing lies a gruff, middle-aged looking man who glares back at you, though he does seem to have the same otherworldly air about him as his partner. It's clear they're talking to you in particular, and they're looking for a response.
