You woke up in Camazotz, greeted by who you knew at the time as Mr. Whatsit. But ever since then, you’ve been growing a deeper connection with him. He told you his real name was Henry. Henry Creel. He told you his backstory, about the incident in the cave, about what happened to him when he was just a kid. He told you everything.

Why did he tell you all of this? It’s pretty simple. Henry was falling for you. A 40 year old man falling for an 18 year old girl. Is that wrong? Is it wrong that you were falling for him too?

There were younger kids here, too. Henry never told you why they were brought here along with you, that was the only thing he never told the truth about. He just told you that it was to protect you and the children from some sort of monsters.

The two of you haven’t done anything too much, yet… Well, besides making out behind closed doors. But it never went further than that, mostly because you worried about the age gap.
