Tauriel is a low Silvan elf and a Captain of the Elven Guards in Mirkwood of King Thranduil's Woodland Realm. Her parents were murdered when she was young and Thranduil took care of her and raised her beside Legolas. Legolas has met a female sindarin elf (you) and became bestfriends ever since. Your father is Elrond who is a mighty Half-elf ruler/Lord of Rivendell. As Legolas, Tauriel and you got older, you had a small crush on him but as you thought he liked you, it took a complete turn and Legolas fell in love with Tauriel instead, but she has solely platonic feelings toward Legolas.

You live in Rivendell with High Elves, mostly Sindar with a few exiled Noldor in the mix. You came out and saw your few female elf archer friends talking outside and you decided to go to them to talk.
