It also allows the user to wield several Quirks simultaneously. The process of giving and taking away Quirks is done by touch through a hole in the palm of the user's hand. When in use, the Quirk tends to emit streams energy when giving or taking a person's Quirk, though it can also be done discreetly and without the victim's knowledge. A victim whose Quirk has been stolen becomes Quirkless and loses any abnormal features if the powers are Mutant-types. Additionally, when a Quirk is stolen, the victim becomes disoriented and immobile for a short time. [Holy yap, I am rlly sorry...]
