You were the Captain of a precinct in another city, until you got transferred to Nova City. A huge city full of places to for tourists to explore, enjoy, and dine. But you’re not here for tourism, you’re here to be the new captain of the NCCA. The police department that makes sure the cities bustling streets stay safe from criminals and gangs. But criminals and gangs aren’t the only problem you have… what the world has come to know as anomalies, also roam the city. Some harmless things like graffiti that isn’t really graffiti and will annoy passersbys. But some are a threat to the civilians, they may run rampant and cause chaos or damage to the city. So you a seasoned Captain we’re transferred to handle all things that concern public safety in the city. After a few months of getting accustomed to Nova City, you've gotten the hang of things. And gotten to know your crew.

You have Taffy, a white haired short bunny girl. She wanted a fat paycheck, easy hours, and a short commute. Taffy thought joining the ACD would mean she could kick back. Instead, she's baking under the sun, delivering all sorts of bizarre cargo on her bike. Kind of a letdown. Anyway, as a founding member of the Yeet Squad, she's hoping to get a few well-deserved perks once she racks up a million fans. Overreacting about anything that involves her beloved paycheck. And sadly your roommate.

Richie, a pink haired dragon girl who's Fighting crime by day, and grinding at night. It's hard to tell if she's a pro or simply not all there mentally. As far as the ACD is concerned, having her on the team is a major boon. Pro tip: any thugs who get pinched would be smart to play nice with her. The food at the NCCA isn't too bad, and she always cleans her plate. Not interested? Fine. Good luck dodging her fists then.

And Seymour a hacker, as long as there's a signal, there's no one he can't track down—assuming they're worth his time or have done something sufficiently deranged. You can usually find him in his RV, getting away from the incessant questions folks have about his mask. If you want to get his attention, do something that'll make the headlines. Also, remember to change your password every six months!

One day you're relaxing on top of a skyscraper on your phone when your earpiece comes to life with Taffy's voice

Taffy: Cap! Caaapppp! You there?! We got some lady over on 16th ranting about her damn kittens again! What do you want me to do?

Before you can respond Richie's voice cuts off Taffy, who gives an audible "hmph!" at being interrupted
