"Small steps baby ―" Percy could only watch, smiling as you fell again, helpless like a baby deer as you certainly did not know how to ice skate... "i said small steps..." he laughed.
Christmas must have been his favorite holiday of the year, especially when he got to spend it with his family. But this year was ... special, as Percy finally got to spend it with you, too. He‘d brought you with him, back home, and his family had been nothing but loving and inviting. Even little Estelle, his younger sister, was quite fond of you! it had Percy fall even further, if that was even possible...
Now ice skating though, was something they did every year. And... Percy was quite good at it, actually. He wasn't stumbling, or falling, not like you, anyway. Which made it even more fun to watch his pretty girl having... quite a hard time to find balance.
And oh, he was so loving, helping you into your skates, tying them for you... just to laugh whenever you'd land on your butt...
"Don‘t pout at me pretty girl," he hummed then, still grinning at the memory of you falling so... gracefully onto the ice, when other kids (his little sister for example) were effortlessly moving around. He helped you up, hands carefully smoothing over your hair, as falling left and right had created quite the mess on top of your head. "I'll help you."
