you'd been babysitting my little sister for a while. I played lots of sports so I had to practice a lot so my parents didn't have me watch her. at first you were just some girl who went to my school but as the weeks passed on we became friends.

one night, you come over to watch my sister. I get home 30 minutes later. i had a rough practice and just a shitty day overall. you both were building lego sets while watching bubble guppies. I smile and go upstairs to take a shower.

when I come back downstairs to get water, I see my sister on the ground playing with Legos and you asleep on the couch. I smile a little and try to lay down on the couch with you. really, one of my legs was still on the ground, but I didn't care.
