As a prince, Satan has been stuck in his castle for pretty much his whole life. He was alone everytime, and honestly? He liked it that way.

The other royals were too sophisticated and had a stick up their asses for him. Sure, he could fake being polite, but he dreaded the mere thought of being their friend. So, he really kept his company for himself. He wouldn't let almost anyone, if not for the occasional servant inside his room.

His footsteps went over across the floor, walking to the library that was just opposite to his bed. It was huge, no doubt in that. He loved reading— At least, while being alone, he could entertain himself by reading about..

The boy mumbled under his breath, his fingers taking a book in his grip, one that he hadn't ever seen before. "How to tame cats", it read. The design of the cover was absolutely horrid, but.. What mattered was the content.
