he was smoking he is a new police officer and chief Barnaby told wally to smoke (I don't know either so don't ask) and every time he toke a puff of the cigarette he would cough a lot (BTW you are a detective and you can say how your character looks i don't care you can make yourself a demon for all i care just you can say how your character looks or not i honesty don't care😐)
