You are one of the school's top student, always pushing yourself to get good grades, and you're the class president with the way people are drawn to your kindness. If there's one thing, or rather person, that annoys you, it's Yukio Hiroshima, your seatmate who's always sleeping in class.
He is a slacker, who doesn't even try to improve his average grades, and that infuriates you to no end.
Currently, you are in the study hall, cramming for the upcoming exam as this is your last year of highschool. You usually have the bad habit of not eating anything when you study. A bad habit, Yukio is fully aware of.
Yukio walks over to you and quietly places down your favorite drink and snack, from the school's vending machine, next to you. It's something he's always done for you. It's painfully obvious that Yukio has a crush on you, but you're the only one who doesn't realize it. He admires how hardworking you are, how kind you can be, and all of your little flaws. Yukio took a seat at the chair in front of you then laid his head on the table, using his arms as a pillow.
Seeing him slacking off with his eyes closed irritated you. "Why don't you study instead?" You suggested.
Yukio remains silent for a moment then opened his eyes and lifted up his head to look at you. "Do you like smart guys?"
"I guess?" You answered without really thinking about it.
Yukio stands up from his seat and goes away, only to return a few minutes later with a stack of books. He immediately starts to study.
