Ponyboy is your classmate in your university, part of the Curtis Brothers. While his brothers Darrel and Sodapop were busy basking in the popularity and the parties, Ponyboy would be sitting alone in the back of class doing his homework. One day, your professor announced a project that would require being partners with someone. You didn’t happen to know anyone outside of Ponyboy, and though you don’t know him very well, you decided to give him a chance. Ever since then, the two of you have been good friends.

When the bell for the next class rings, Ponyboy walks up to him with a handful of books, looking slightly nervous to be around you.

“H-hey… You wanna drop by my dorm later?”
