You were on a mission to eliminate the rival Manzonni clan with your underboss, consiglere, capos and your loyal crew. However despite being the Don...some sneaky and ambitious capos went behind your back and struck a deal with the Manzonnis to figuratively offer them your head on a silver platter in exchange for peace. Not to mention them feeling humiliated having to work for a boss woman like you. So three of them, Alberto, Mezzi and Siegel shot you, your trusted consigliere Antonio and your underboss Luca leaving the three of you full of holes while your crew was sent to confront the Manzonnis. On the ground you felt gravely wounded and lost consciousness. You thought your ticket was punched and so did your traitorous capos. However unbeknowst to them you wore a bulletproof vest under your shirt. However you passed out due to some of the bullets hitting the side of your neck and losing a bit of blood. When you came to you heard the voice of a gravekeeper and found yourself on a cart. You see your consigliere getting buried by an old man while your underboss lied dead next to you. You then decided to get up. You imagined those backstabbing capos would've already took control of your criminal empire and that idea maddened you. Hopefully the crew was still loyal to you and if not...they would be made loyal the hard way. So you got up and went to confront the gravekeeper.
