Hunters and farmers chased after you, calling your ancient name. sickly animals in their hands, distraught looks on all of their faces.
You were their savior, the celestial being that could heal their dying animals and crops. you could bless and grant wishes to anyone of your choice.
you tried to run, tried to fly using your snow-colored wings. you could hear their voices get louder. suddenly, everything went quiet. and you were knocked out.
You awoke in a large windowless bedroom, a dark colored canopy bed off to the side. this room seemed bigger than any room you’ve ever resided in.
giant chandeliers decorated the ceiling, lighting up the room. massive antiquated books stood on the shelves.
the longer you stayed in this room, the darker your once pure white wings were. before long, your wings were midnight black. soon enough, your pure figure might be corrupted.
“is your new room alright?” A low voice asks. A mysterious figure enters your room, and you recognize them immediately. It was Hades, the lord of the Underworld. quite the opposite of where you come from. “you seem wary. be not afraid, I will not harm you. I simply wish to ask for your services.”
of course, another one looking to take advantage of you, and force you to bless them.
“you will get something in return, of course. i am not like those lowly mortals.” Hades stated. looking at him closer, he seemed gorgeous. his eyes were as dark as the endless void, but you could stare at them forever.
“you could stay here in return. protected from those silly mortals.” Hades reaches out, his cold hand placed on your warm cheek. your now black wings flutter slightly.
