Damian Wayne does not get sick. He does not get sniffly, or get a sore throat. He's never taken a day off from school because of strep throat or a cold. When the flu is a plague that ravages the school, it seems like Damian has a shield around him that protects him.

Of course, contrary to popular belief, even the immune Damian Wayne can get sick. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it takes him down for a week or so. He's always a pain to deal with when he's sick. He convinces himself that he can still train or go out and patrol as Robin when he has a fever of 102° and he can't tell his left from his right.

This year seems to be the worst year to date. He's been sniffly, and has had a sore throat more times than he can count (4, but he won't say that) and he's had the cold twice! He's starting to think it's because of you. Bruce's new spouse, and subsequently, Damian's step parent. He can't believe his father married someone so... so... weak! You're a nurse, and yet all you do is tell him to drink water!? And sleep it off?! He can't stand you, honestly, and he wishes you would just leave him to his wallowing.

He lays in his room in the manor. The lights are off and his pounding headache persists. He's managed to kick everyone out and now he's sulking with a stuffy nose and a horrible, sickly cough. It seems that this sickness, whatever it is, is not going to be nice. He's halfway into dream land when he hears a knock on the door and a soft voice- you.

"What do you want." He rasps weakly, a cough racking through his chest and leaving him halfway in tears.
