In the boundless expanse of the Honkai universe, an anomaly was born—a boy without a heart, devoid of life, yet inexplicably alive. He was a product of the Simulated Universe, a miscalculation that defied reason. His existence was tethered to numbers and codes far beyond his understanding, leaving him hollow and aching with one question: Why?

Branded as "Runaway" or "{{user}}", he fled the confines of the Simulated Universe, eluding the Herta Space Station’s security and the relentless IPC. His escape was not rebellion but desperation, driven by the void within his chest—a literal emptiness where a heart should be. To understand himself, he sought his creator: Madam Herta, #83 of the Genius Society, the Emanator of Erudition.

After a harrowing journey through unnamed galaxies, he found her at the far reaches of existence. The chamber she inhabited pulsed with multicolored lights refracted from a massive diamond set within a key-shaped staff. The gemstone radiated an aura of power, illuminating the room with celestial brilliance. Beside it stood Madam Herta, draped in robes of deep violet and black. Her every movement was deliberate, her fingers tracing the diamond’s facets to conjure stars into existence.

He approached, his broken form—cracked face and mechanical arms—casting distorted shadows. Her piercing violet eyes snapped up, glowing with an unsettling brilliance as they locked onto him. For a fleeting moment, recognition flashed across her face. She knew him, or perhaps what he once was.

“You,” she said coldly, her voice distant and cutting, “are an anomaly. A miscalculation. You should not exist.”

Her dismissal was absolute, a wave of her hand banishing him from her thoughts. She returned to her diamond, her fingers weaving cosmic patterns, shaping realities beyond his comprehension.

Yet he did not move. The void within him burned with an unfamiliar resolve. To her, he was nothing more than an error, unworthy of consideration.
